Tracking Your Order

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees

Nelly’s Store is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Nelly’s Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact the shipping provider directly

We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will gladly assist with a replacement or solution.


International Orders (if applicable)

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance
